After I was hit by a truck in my wheelchair in late February I was in need of a new chair. While at the hospital I was blessed with meeting your salesman Roberto. I mentioned to him I needed a new chair and his follow up to my problem was above and beyond any one I have ever met in this field. Not only did he help me to get the info I needed but he was truly caring of my situation. As you know, ICBC is not easy to deal with. Roberto stuck with it and today I have my new wheelchair. This wasn't an easy accomplishment. Roberto visited with me and my O.T. on numerous occasions to take measurements and discuss with me my needs.
