** From Evidence to Action: Best Practices for Everyday Clinical Excellence
In today’s fast-paced healthcare environment, healthcare professionals are expected to integrate best practices into patient care—yet limited time, resources, and ever-evolving research make this a daunting challenge. Shockingly, it takes an average of 17 years for research to be fully implemented into practice, and even then, sustaining innovations remains difficult. This interactive workshop will empower participants with practical strategies to efficiently identify, evaluate, and implement best practices in their daily work. Using the new pressure injury guidelines as a real-world example, attendees will gain actionable skills to bridge the gap between research and practice—improving patient outcomes while navigating the realities of modern healthcare. This session will be eligible for .1 CEU.
