When you understand the process, you navigate it better. We can answer any funding questions you have (if applicable), so you can get applications done and move forward quickly.
What works for you works for us. Book your service call with a trained technician. We’ll come to you, or you can visit one of our locations.
Your priorities are our priorities. We’ll assess the work required and – when possible – repair your equipment on the spot. If we need additional parts, are awaiting approval from a funder, or need more time to complete the work, we may schedule a follow-up appointment.
We handle the details, so you don’t have to. We always provide you (or your funders) with a detailed quote for parts and labour. As soon as we receive payment or your funder’s go-ahead, the parts are ordered, and we schedule a final appointment to finish up.

Urgent service requests for our CEP clients are prioritized. Calls received after hours or on weekends are triaged, and our team follows up on the next business day.
We offer live after-hours call answering to ensure timely response for requests received outside of our regular business hours. Extended operating or service hours are also available in the following locations (click location for more details):

Staying connected
If we are unable to reach you to schedule service, we will make several attempts over multiple business days. If we still cannot connect, we may need to return parts or escalate the request, so nothing is left unresolved.
Standing behind our work
We stand behind what we do. If the same issue occurs within 30 days of the original repair, we will fix it at no charge for labour. Parts are excluded unless covered by manufacturer warranty.

Motion has trained and certified technicians on staff to repair, maintain and install mobility and accessibility solutions. In most cases, new equipment will be supported by a manufacturer warranty. Manufacturer warranties often cover the cost of parts required for a repair, but labour costs may not be included.
