We are pleased to invite you to join us for a Vendor Expo (Monday, April 7, 2025) as part of Motion’s National Sales Conference.
The Vendor Expo will provide mobility and accessibility equipment suppliers the opportunity to display and share information about their product offering exclusively with Motion’s sales consultants and leadership.
For registered vendors, an event logistics package and invoice will be sent to the Company Contact in January 2025.
Time: 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Set-up: 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM (on event day)
Tear-down: 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM (on event day)
Location: White Oaks Conference Resort, Niagara-on-the-Lake, ON

What size are vendor booths and how much do vendor booths cost?
There are four booth sizes that vendors may choose from:
Platinum Sponsor – 20ft x 20ft booth – $10,040 + tax
Platinum Sponsor – 10ft x 40ft booth – $10,040 + tax
Gold Sponsor – 10ft x 20ft booth – $6,040 + tax
Silver Sponsor – 10ft x 10ft booth – $3,040 + tax
IMPORTANT NOTE: For registered vendors, an event logistics package and invoice will be sent to the Company Contact in January 2025.
What is included when registering for a vendor booth?
Vendor booths include registration for 2-6 representatives (dependent on booth size), 1-4 6 ft. tables with cloth (dependent on booth size), 1-4 chairs for representatives (dependent on booth size), access to power (if required), complimentary lunch and refreshments for registered representatives during the Vendor Expo, complimentary dinner and entertainment for registered representatives directly following the Vendor Expo, and free parking.
When will booth set-up and tear-down take place?
Vendor booth set-up will take place from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM on the day of the Vendor Expo (Monday, April 7).
Vendor booth tear-down will take place directly following the Vendor Expo (Monday, April 7) from 4:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
What is the format of the Vendor Expo?
Similar to our Motion Rehab Expo events, Motion employees will be placed in groups and visit vendor booths for scheduled Round Robin presentations throughout the day.
Round Robin presentations by vendors will be 15-30 minutes each depending on the stream.
What payment options are available to vendors?
Vendors have the option to submit payment in the form of an account credit or by credit card.
For payments made by credit card, a member of Motion’s Finance Team will reach out to the Company Contact to coordinate payment.
Credit memos may be issued to marketing@motioncares.ca with ‘Motion LP – 2025 National Sales Conference’ noted.
