Motion strives to ensure we are doing all that we can to keep our clients safe, minimize future urgent service requests, and maintain manufacturer safety standards. To support our efforts, we are pleased to host two Preventative Maintenance Days throughout the year so that our clients may take advantage of complimentary pre-scheduled in-shop inspections of their equipment. The products included are wheelchairs (manual and power), mobility scooters, and walkers/rollators.
Request an in-shop appointment with our team of technical experts to receive a complimentary preventative maintenance check-up on your mobility device. Complete the form below or contact the Motion location nearest you.
During your complimentary in-shop preventative maintenance appointment, a checklist will be used to ensure all areas of your mobility device are inspected to identify any required repairs and optimize its performance. You will be provided with a copy of the completed checklist at the end of your appointment for your records.
NOTE: Should the need for a repair be identified during the complimentary preventative maintenance inspection, please note that standard service rates and the cost of parts will apply. Scheduling of a subsequent service appointment may be required.
Motion partnered with CADA and NRRTS to fill the gap and create a Canadian-specific accreditation for providers of complex rehab solutions.
The Assistive Devices Program (ADP) is a program operated by the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care that provides support and funding to Ontario residents who have long-term physical disabilities.
We have organized a step-by-step check-up routine for your power wheelchair or mobility scooter to ensure it continues to operate as smoothly as possible.
